Account & billing

Manage your profile, update your password, understand plan differences, and control your subscription — all from your account settings.

Editing your profile

Click your name or avatar in the top-right header, then select Profile. From there you can:

  • Update your display name as it appears across TactixFlow.
  • Upload a profile photo. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Max size: 5 MB.
  • View your email address (cannot be changed after registration — contact support if you need to migrate to a new email).

Click Save Changes when done. Your updated name and photo will appear immediately across the app including in Comms Hub and staff lists.

Changing your password

Go to Settings → Security (click your avatar → Settings). Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Your new password must be at least 8 characters.

If you signed up with Google OAuth and have never set a password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to set one. TactixFlow will email you a secure reset link valid for 24 hours.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. 1Click Upgrade to Pro in the sidebar, or go to Billing → Pricing.
  2. 2Select the Pro plan and click Subscribe.
  3. 3Complete checkout via Stripe — all major credit and debit cards accepted.
  4. 4You're redirected back to TactixFlow and Pro features unlock instantly.

Billing is monthly and renews automatically. You'll receive a receipt by email each month from Stripe.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Go to Billing → Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can update your payment method, view invoice history, or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you'll retain Pro access until the period ends.
